Judge Willow Misty Parks

Willow Misty Parks is a true Emerge success story.  She was elected Probate Judge in Bernalillo County in 2010. She is an attorney; she opened and operates Parks Law Office, LLC. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law magna cum laude. In her practice, she handles a range of business matters for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Willow's firm focuses on Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Planning. She assists clients in identifying and creating complete, updated and personalized estate plans. Moreover, Willow speaks frequently on Estate Planning and Probate in New Mexico to retirees, continuing education, church and civic groups. She also teaches "Business Law and Employment Law" for UNM Anderson School of Management and the University of Phoenix.
