Clara Moran
Clara is a prosecutor in the 2nd Judicial District Attorney's Office, currently working within the Crimes Against Children Division. She is a past recipient of the 2009 Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the State Bar of New Mexico and the 2007 Spirit Award from the New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence for her leadership role in Governor Richardson's Domestic Violence Pilot Project.
She is the former Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar, a member of the New Mexico Supreme Court's Uniform Jury Instruction Committee (Criminal), on the Board of Directors of the Trial Practice section of the State Bar, and a member of the H. Verle Payne Inns of Court.
A native New Mexican, she is a 2005 graduate of the UNM School of Law, and is an active member of the 2009-2011 DPNM State Central Committee and Precinct Chair in Bernalillo County.
