Emerge NM and National Education Association New Mexico (NEA) are partnering to bring you a fantastic training on October 4, from 10 AM-3 PM in Albuquerque. If you are contemplating running for school board at some point in the future or helping a candidate, you should definitely attend!

Please join us on September 19th for Women, Wine and Chocolate, our annual celebration of Democratic women leaders, both established and emerging!

Many of you look forward to our signature event each year, which has become one of the most entertaining and positive events of the season!

Over 100 people gathered at our annual kickoff reception at the Honorable Lisa Curtis's beautiful home in Albuquerque on Friday, March 28. Our amazing women in the Class of 2014 were introduced to an excited crowd.  Thank you for helping to make our event a huge success!

Emerge NM was founded in March 2006. Since then we have trained 150 women, 60% of whom are women of color. Our commitment to recruiting, training, and inspiring Democratic women has resulted in many successes, including 7 elections won in November 2012. Help us move forward and continue to provide a top-quality program by becoming a monthly sustainer of Emerge NM today.

for Democratic women candidates in New Mexico.  Emerge provides the intensive, hands-on training program to candidates that gives them the tools to be successful.  It not only takes the guesswork out of the campaign, it instills the confidence in them to work to win and helps them create a network of strong support to make it happen."
